Barb has lived and worked on
the
Sunshine
Coast
for several years. During this time, she has forged
many relationships in the industry, both personal
and professional, and it is these relationships that
underpin her passion for the hospitality industry.
Barb’s involvement in hospitality has spanned more
than 25 years. After completing her apprenticeship,
she worked in a variety of different roles within
hospitality, including:
- Qualified Chef and Baker
- Substantial number of years perfecting her
trade skills for iconic establishments
- F & B management
- Hospitality business management and rescue
- Commercial food outlet owner
- Wholesale food product development
- Experienced and qualified TaFE Teacher for the
hospitality industry

Manager & Senior Consultant - Melissa Conn
Melissa’ knowledge of

is well respected and her formal training
qualifications bring a high level of expertise to
Hospitality Personnel.
Melissa has spent 20 years in
the hospitality industry, both in
Australia
and overseas. She has extensive experience in F
& B management in all aspects of bar operations
and cellar work. Melissa now focuses her hospitality
skills and knowledge on conducting training programs
and Australian Qualification assessments for a range
of clients from large hotel chains to small training
organisations.

Manager - Kaye Isles
Kaye has lived and worked on the
Sunshine
Coast
all her life. Her knowledge of life on the premier
hospitality coast is gained from first-hand
experiences and she is a great advertisement for the
lifestyle we enjoy and other envy.
Kaye’s role is to ensure the office runs smoothly
by co-ordinating team efforts and making sure we
consistently maintain a positive environment for our
clients, our candidates and ourselves. Her primary
roles include knowledge management, information

Manager & Consultant - Rob Bradbury
Rob has many years experience in personnel
management and leadership roles. Starting his
working life in defence, he has been involved in
consulting for private industry in personnel
management techniques and industrial and human
relations. Rob’s consultancy role brings to Hospitality
Personnel a wealth of knowledge and experience to
draw on. His qualifications include:

- A post graduate degree in management
